The Nebula Antibody Platform utilizes proprietary algorithms to identify highly antigenic epitopes in desired targets and synthesizes appropriately-folded peptides that mimic these epitopes in their native state. These Spatial Peptides, which can be easily optimized, are then used as the primary antigens for antibody generation. Spatial Peptides can be combined with other available antigens (e.g. DNA, linear peptides, proteins) to maximize antibody discovery through antigen multiplexing.
